When we receive bug reports, we try to review them in a timely manner. If you do not hear from us within 7 business days, please contact us.



A good summary should quickly and uniquely identify a bug report. It should explain the problem, not your suggested solution.


Write precise steps to reproduce the bug

Good (precise) example:
1. Start by clicking on the Recording Sessions button on the Welcome page.
2. On the Recording Sessions page click New.
3. On the New Recording Sessions page click Add Stream.

Bad example:
Start recording.

Good (precise) example:
When opening a video in Viewer Editor, I see the video correctly.

Bad example:
It doesn't work.

Good (precise) example:
When I open a video in Viewer Editor, I get an error notification that says: "Failure to update Viewer state".

Bad example:
Video doesn’t show.
