Please send the log files from around the applicable dates of when your bug was encountered. Please include the VADAAR 2 Server log and Postgres log files. They are all in the same folder.
In Windows, VADAAR 2 log files are located at: %PROGRAMDATA%\VADAAR-Server\Logs
In Linux, VADAAR 2 log files are located at: /var/log/vadaar-server

Sender
In Windows, Sender log files are located at: %LOCALAPPDATA%\.vadaar\vadaar-sender
In Linux, Sender log files are located at: $HOME/.vadaar/vadaar-sender

Viewer
In Windows, Viewer log files are located at: %LOCALAPPDATA%\.vadaar\vadaar-viewer
In Linux, Viewer log files are located at: $HOME/.vadaar/vadaar-viewer

You can find your debug log file by:
1. Open SimVisuals 2.
2. Click "Settings".
3. Click "Log".
4. Click "Download Diagnostics File" button.

Please upload any files, such as diagnostic logs, images or videos, that you think will help us fix your bug.
